Pipecraft supply Ricardo with mandrel bent components vital to the manufacture of many of their products.
This particular order was for the manufacture of bespoke inlet and exhaust manifolds for testing of automotive development engines.
It involved a highly complex process, encompassing a variety of stainless and mild steel mandrel bent components, CNC machined flanges and turned unions brought together via high quality Tig welding.
The tube bending components were supplied in both satin polished and powder coated mild steel materials.
